The PAM will manage and drive Oktogrid’s strategic partnership with ABB. The ideal candidate has 5 to 8 years of experience in partnership management, key account management, or sales, particularly within the energy or industrial technology sectors. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of corporate structures, both formal and informal, and be skilled at navigating complex organizational cultures. Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills highly advantageous for engaging with diverse markets.

Customer Success Manager (CSM)

The CSM will be responsible for taking Oktogrid’s customer satisfaction to the next level, transforming it into pure customer delight. The ideal candidate is a junior to medior professional (2-5 years of experience) with a background in project management and a passion for organizing, planning, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.  Fluency in English is required and proficiency in other major languages is highly beneficial. Sales Operations Manager (SLS OPS)
